Accuracy depends on content up to a max of 558
Vitality - 9500 hp while in Defiance +/- by yourself not in a group
Strength - Increases Damage, Threat, Self Heals, and Mitigation
Determination - Scales similar to skill
Critical hit rate - Causes attacks and self heals to crit increasing damage and self heals
Skill Speed - Causes an extra auto attack inbetween combos (421 is the war's magic number)

Aggro - Heavy Swing, Skull Sunder, Butcher's Block
Mitigation -Heavy Swing, Maim, Storm's Path
DPS - Heavy Swing, Maim, Storm's Eye

The rotation I suggest is as follows:
on groups of 2 or more - over power twice, butchers block combo, maim combo, over power, storms path, repeat

Single target
Butchers Block combo, Maim Bombo, Fracture, Storms Path, Repeat

Off Tank Combo
Storms Path combo, and Fracture repeat
